1. Arrange the six colored catergories in a circle.
2. Place an empty spinning bottle in the center of the cards.

Note: Bottle is not included.

1. Choose a player to start the game. That player will spin the bottle first
2. The color that the bottle lands on when it stops spinning is the color the player must select.
3. The player will read the question or actions out loud and must answer or complete it as directed by the card.
4. Once that player has completed the card, the player to the left will go next.
   The game then repeats with all players.
5. If a player refuses to answer any questions or complete any actions, they must take a shot.

1. If the bottle lands between two colors, the player can choose which color to use for that turn
2. The game typically continues until players decides to stop or until everyone is sufficiently "tispy" or drunk, depending on group preferences.
3. Remember to drink responsibly and ensure that everyone playing is of legal drinking age and comfortable participating in the game.
